There is no place more suitable for a Dinosaur Play Unit than the Jurassic Coast in Dorset.
Following a winning tender process in the spring of 2015, eibe Play worked in liaison with Elliot Herbert, Operations Manager, of Lyme Regis Town Council to install a £110,000 themed playspace near the centre of the popular Prehistoric coastal town.
Bringing a slice of history to life, the team at Lyme Regis loved eibe’s bespoke themed products, which included various robinia and pine equipment. The Santa Maria Ship is a real centrepiece and will be surrounded by a Predators Tar Pit with climbing elements, a nest swing, toddler swing, Winja Climbing Unit, a 30m cableway, DDA roundabout and spring rockers.
Everything was installed on a mixture of rubber bonded mulch and grass matting. The variety of products and the unique seaside location is sure to add to Lyme Regis’ appeal as a tourist destination. Installed at the end of August 2015, it is already bursting with visitors on a daily basis.
