East 17

Walthamstow has been the most popular destination on eibe’s SatNav systems over the last two years. Having initiated the Award Winning Waltham Forest Regeneration Project in 2014, eibe recently completed the 17th scheme in London’s East End.

Hot on the heels of installations at Abbott’s Park, Coppermill and Queen’s Road, comes a brand new playspace at Stoneydown to sit alongside an existing eibe venture. This time, Stoneydown’s aim was to target the younger kids, so the product range was varied and vividly coloured.

The four sites, plus a fifth and final project at Vestry Road, will amount to over a quarter of a million pounds, adding to the significant investment in the area as a whole. Each playground has bright, fun equipment and the play value is enormous.

The Capital’s East End now offers a multitude of play opportunities across many sites and managing director, Paul Redden, sees the difference in the usage:

“There is a genuine community feel to the local playgrounds we have put in,” he explains,

“The products are not only great fun, but are really hard-wearing, as well as long-lasting, ensuring that the neighborhood has a safe place to congregate and socialise for years to come.”
